1. Where are you located?

 

We have 2 offices- One in Temecula, CA and our offshore office in the Philippines. Our US office handles all our sales and marketing and our Virtual Mums are working from home in Philippines.

2. What are your office hours?

 

Since 100% of our clients are from US, most of our VA's are working at US timing either 9 am - 5pm EST Monday through Friday or 9 am - 5 pm PST Monday through Friday. Our Virtual Mums are more than happy to adjust on our clients preferred schedule.

3. How do I get in touch with my VA?

 

You will be provided with all their contact information so you can get in touch with them any time you like.

4. What is Virtual Mums Desk refund policy?
 

We try to make sure that every client is satisfied as possible. However once a membership fee is processed we will be unable to grant refunds not including exceptions stated in the Terms and Conditions. If you plan on discontinuing our service, please let us know at least 30 days prior.
